Shipping & Delivery Times
We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Please note the following information regarding our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times:
Shipping Zone 1: Austria
- Free shipping for orders over €50.
- A flat shipping fee of €4.90 applies for orders below €50.
- Delivery time: 1-3 business days
Shipping Zone 2: Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia
- Free shipping for orders over €100.
- A flat shipping fee of €9.90 applies for orders below €100.
- Delivery time: 1-3 business days
Shipping Zone 3: Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Croatia, Luxembourg, Switzerland
- Flat shipping fee of €9.90.
- Delivery time: 3-5 business days
Shipping Zone 4: Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania
- Flat shipping fee of €19.90.
- Delivery time: 3-7 business days
Shipping Partners
For shipments with a value up to €520, we use DPD as our shipping service provider. For higher-value shipments, Österreichische Post AG is used.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your shipment online at any time.

- Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to islands or remote areas.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to avoid delays in delivery.
Shipping Outside the European Union
Orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or the United States) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, import taxes, and carrier handling charges. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
